WHY I DO THIS WORK
A message from my mentor, Col. Mohammed Murad, Past International President of Toastmasters International, transformed my perspective: “Samir, whatever you do, just make sure it’s never about you.” It may seem counterintuitive for an "About Me" page, but this idea of servant leadership guides my work.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve made seven major career shifts, moving on from roles that looked successful on paper but felt misaligned. Each transition taught me about the importance of clarity—something I lacked while making choices based on what I wanted to leave behind rather than where I truly wanted to go.
